Traction

Description

Anti-Slip coating designed to comply with Australian Standard AS/NZS 4586-2013. Traction is available in two grades, P4 for step treads and flat surfaces and P5 for sloping surfaces or ramps. Traction can be used on both interior and exterior flooring. Available only as a matt finish and a limited colour range. Three coats of Traction can be applied over pre-sealed Aqualis coated surfaces to provide an anti-slip affect, for aged decks simply wash the surface with Aqualis Deck Bright before application. Traction can be applied using a 10 to 12 napp Micro Fibre or Mohair roller or brush.

If applying traction over Non Aqualis products it is advised to pretest before full application can commence, apply over a small test area, and allow to dry for at least 7 days before testing for adhesion using strong sticky tape or try scratching off with fingernail, request samples if necessary.
