Description
Formulated to rejuvenate and protect first generation WPC (Wood Plastic Composites) against food, oil staining and dirt retention. It seals composite substrates providing UV resistance, colour restoration and water repellency. It is applied over correctly prepared composite wood substrates, worked evenly over the entire surface with lamb’s wool, micro-fiber applicators, or by brush. For optimum results un-sealed surfaces should be pre-sanded (80-120 grit sandpaper/pad) then washed with Aqualis Composite Bright
before applying Composite Sealer.
For surfaces which have previously been sealed with Aqualis Composite sealer, simply wash with Aqualis Deck Bright followed by a re-sealing with one or two coats as required.
Surfaces painted with non Aqualis products will need to be sanded (80-120 grit sandpaper/pad) or stripped back to raw composite using Strip Ease prior application of Composite Sealer.
If mould or algae is a problem, pre-treat washed surface with Aqualis No Fungal Pro. No Fungal Pro is suitable for use on raw composite only, if mould infestation has occurred through or beneath the existing coated surface, it is recommended that a full strip, sand, and clean back to raw composite be undertaken
before treatment with No Fungal Pro and sealer coats can proceed.
For added safety, apply Aqualis Traction on all step treads, sloping surfaces, ramps, or wet areas.
To ensure correct and safe use of Aqualis products, please follow all technical and safety instructions.
